Seed Layer is a measurement layer. We are not a bank, lender, or financial institution. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in loan approvals or financial products. We provide a calculated view of your behavioral trust based on the data you provide.

2. User Data & Consent

By connecting your email account, you grant Seed Layer permission to programmatically access, read, and parse emails related to your gig work and financial obligations. You represent that the account provided belongs to you and that you have the authority to grant this access.

3. Accuracy of Signals

Our signals (Consistency, Volatility, etc.) are derived algorithmically. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the parsing of every email will be perfect. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties (lenders/platforms) based on these scores.

4. Limitation of Liability

Seed Layer provides its service "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on your Trust Score.
